All apparel is customized to your unique specifications, as
such we only accept returns/exchanges on defective merchandise. If the item has
been worn or washed it no longer qualifies for a return/exchange. Please call
or email us to discuss the reason for the return/exchange. Depending on the
nature of the return small service charge may be applied.
Call us or email us to discuss your return so that we are
ready to receive the items properly. Please return the item(s) via a traceable
or insured method to prevent the package from being lost in the mail. We are
not responsible for returned items lost in transit.
